Job Posting:SummaryThe Regional Partner Account Manager supports the execution of the Regional Business Development Plan to lead growth in the Distribution Partner Program as well as enable success in their customer base. Proactive participation in joint company account planning and assessment process, conducting account evaluations and assessments, and leveraging necessary resources to execute business plans and drive opportunities to a successful completion are key responsibilities of this position. The Regional Partner Account Manager reports to the Head of Sales Partner Program.Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Supports the execution of the Regional Business Plan Development
  • Supports Distribution Partners to enable them to succeed within their customer base
  • Creates and collaborates with the Distribution Partner on a demand creation growth sales strategy
  • Helps drive business strategic go-to-market model and initiatives in the region
  • Supports regular opportunity pipeline reviews with Distribution Partners
  • Defines the strategic customers in the region and executes plans to grow the accounts
  • Supports the account planning process and leverages internal resources to execute plans as well as ensures assigned customers needs and expectations are met
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key corporate level personnel in assigned customer accounts, while fostering broad organization awareness
  • Proactively participates in joint company account planning and assessment process
  • Conducts account evaluations and assessments to develop proposals and future business plans for each account
  • Communicates with supporting regional team members
  • Monitors customer satisfaction
  • Acts as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual and forecast reports
  • Leverages, organizes and directs all necessary resources to execute business plans and drive opportunities to successful completion
  • Prospects new strategic distribution channels
  • Takes responsibility for product promotions and new product introductions
Requirements
  • Experience in the field and/or associate degree is preferred
  • Possess a valid passport, or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
  • Regular Travel
  • Willing and authorized to travel throughout the USA
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM 360 dynamics preferred
  • Ability to work independently and/or remotely, with or without a team as the need arises
  • Possess a high degree of problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform a MIG sales weld (6” Flat Weld)
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or German a plus
  • All other duties as assigned by management

  • Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting.
  • Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.
