We invite you to join us as we strive to be The Most Trusted Partner for Health. ​​The Compensation Consultant administers system wide compensation programs, policies and procedures, ensures compliance with federal and state legal regulations, and provides guidance as a consultant to management across the system for compensation and total rewards issues.   • Develops and administers system compensation programs, policies and procedures to ensure that INTEGRIS is competitive with external job markets
  • Designs and conducts compensation surveys and responds to compensation surveys conducted by other third party organizations
  • Designs and develops salary structures, salary ranges and special pay differentials utilizing compensation theories and job market trends
  • Conducts compensation reviews including market pricing, salary grade and salary adjustments, internal salary administration audits, and trend analyses
  • Reviews, revises and approves job descriptions
  • Provides system compensation and total rewards guidance and counsel including consulting services for all entities.
  • Reports to management on the probable affects of change requests and job market trends
The Compensation Consultant reports to the System Manager Human Resources. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Many issues are controversial and require frequent conflict resolution. At times, pressure to meet deadlines may create stressful situations.   • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related degree or 4 years applicable experience
  • 2 years compensation, finance, or statistic/quantitative analysis experience
  • Knowledge and application of compensation and employment laws, including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and wage and salary
  • Knowledge of Total Rewards best practices, trends, and related employment issues preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
