- Proactively engage with retail customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their unique communication needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Confidently demonstrate AT&T’s product features and benefits, explaining technical specifications in an easy-to-understand manner to help customers make informed decisions and close productive sales
- Skillfully present customized telecom solutions that address customer needs, highlighting the value and advantages of AT&T offerings
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services, maximizing customer satisfaction and sales revenue
- Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, and plan changes, ensuring all paperwork and digital processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide ongoing support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the retail location
- Actively participate in sales training and coaching sessions to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
- Proven customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail or telecommunications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse customers
- Strong active listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate sales and CRM software
- Prior experience selling mobile devices, wireless services, or telecommunications products
- Familiarity with AT&T products and services
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)
