OverviewWe are Rycor ( ), the largest and fastest growing installer of heat pumps in the USA. We are opening multiple locations in the Southeast and are looking to hire an experience Installation Supervisor to lead our new Charlotte location.As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.   • Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and mentor a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during installations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of installations.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and report on project status to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in installation supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
