- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Assemblers build commercial doors throughout each stage of the manufacturing process.
- The Team lead position is responsible for directing and assisting in the work activities of department employees. The Lead person performs a variety of manufacturing assignments, the majority of which involves filling in where needed. The Lead person performs the job tasks, as needed within the department, and assist throughout the plant when the need arises.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and communicate effectively and calmly with coworkers
- Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Ability to accurately measure using tape measures, calipers, etc.
- Ability to learn the operation of multiple machines
- Ability to work overtime during the week and weekend with little warning
- Read, write and understand English
- Must be quality focused
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures. Working in a manufacturing environment, depending on the season, temperatures can be as cold as 50 degrees and as warm as 110 degrees.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, 75 occasionally
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- MUST maintain good attendance.
