As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim LaCasse - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Drive new business by selling Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other State Farm products
- Follow up on warm leads and consistently build your own pipeline
- Provide top-notch service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Contribute to the overall success and team spirit of the agency
- Deliver measurable results and consistently hit performance goals
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (preferred)
- Life & Health license a plus
- At least 1 year of sales experience (insurance or similar high-activity role)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- A personality that’s energetic, empathetic, thorough, detailed, and fearless
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Average Commission: $17,000+ in your first year — with potential for much more
