- Litigating employment matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour violations.
- Conducting depositions, discovery, legal research, and motion practice.
- Drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Managing court calendars, deadlines, and communications with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Playing an active role in jury trials and arbitration hearings.
- 3-8 years of solid employment litigation experience.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution.
- Strong deposition, discovery, motion, and trial preparation skills.
- Excellent legal writing, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset and a commitment to justice.
- Competitive salary of $140,000 - $165,000 plus likely $15K bonus
