🔹 Customer-Focused Service: Educate and communicate with clients about their pest control needs.
🔹 Hands-On Work: Apply treatments, set up monitoring systems, and perform inspections.
🔹 Navigate & Drive: Safely travel between client locations within scheduled appointment windows.
🔹 Tech & Tools: Install electronic monitoring devices and maintain proper documentation.
🔹 Stay Organized: Keep records up to date and maintain equipment for top performance.Who We’re Looking For🔹 Fast Learner: Open to training and willing to become WSDA licensed.
🔹 Customer-Oriented: Strong communication and service skills.
🔹 Independent Worker: Able to manage tasks and problem-solve on the go.
🔹 Physically Capable: Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and handling equipment.
🔹 Driver-Ready: Valid license with an insurable driving record.
