Job Description:Team Lead - Project ManagerWe are seeking a Team Lead - Project Manager to support and guide a team of 8-12 direct reports while assisting the Discipline Manager with day-to-day operations and project execution. This role will be responsible for driving project deliverables, supporting Statement of Work (SoW) management, and ensuring alignment between team performance and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily task delegation and coordinate updates to Statements of Work (SoWs), including quoting and scope adjustmentsTrack and report SoW progress, deliverables, and status updates to SoW ownersEnsure timely delivery of all SoW commitmentsOrganize and participate in customer meetings to review requirements, scope, and prioritiesManage associate access requests (network, folder, assets, remote tools, etc.)Facilitate new hire onboarding and integrationMaintain regular communication with SoW authors and provide updates as neededMonitor and report team metrics, including:Skills tracking and team capabilitiesDeliverable status and workload distributionSoW staffing levels and module center engagementCollaborate with SoW authors to resolve quality or delivery concernsServe as liaison between the team, Discipline Manager, and Business Unit ManagerContribute to and lead customer-facing meetings and internal reviewsDrive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, including support for Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE)Participate in annual performance reviews and feedback discussionsPreferred Experience and SkillsExperience working with Pratt & Whitney AerospaceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with Teamcenter PLM systemAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and printsExperience with P&W ESW applicationsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesWorking knowledge of gas turbine engine operating theoryDepartment:Transportation (NAM) AssociateSkills Required:Metrics Tracking,Business,Engines,Statement of Work (SOW),Teamwork,Collaboration,Budgeting,Scope of Work,Gas TurbinesYears Of Exp:5 to 10 YearsDesirable Skills:Metrics Tracking,Business,Engines,Statement of Work (SOW),Teamwork,Collaboration,Budgeting,Scope of Work,Gas TurbinesDesignation:Associate
