Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management and OTL modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.
- Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules.
- Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.
- Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
- Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementations
- Proven work experience as an Oracle Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database solutions, including Oracle Database 12c or higher.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle database design, including schema design, indexing, and partitioning.
- Familiarity with Oracle data integrations and ETL processes.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
