Job Summary: Shepherds Hollow Golf Club is seeking an energetic and organized Food & Beverage Supervisor! In this role communication, attention to detail, anticipation and problem solving are vital. The Food and Beverage Supervisor reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and will supervise several different types of events, including: weddings, showers, corporate events, golf outings, and more!Wage: $15 - $30 per hour + tipsWorking Hour Requirements:Full time~40-50 hours per weekRequires afternoon, evening, and weekend workResponsibilities:You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in managing clubhouse and banquet venue operations:Lead and manage the F&B team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotionsFollow SHGC policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageAddress guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyAssist in completing departmental administrative duties, i.e. scheduling, payroll, etc.Execute assigned banquet events, including overseeing setup, service, and cleanupAssist in training new staff membersFacility cleanliness and equipment maintenance of both the clubhouse and banquet kitchens.Close building on assigned daysEnsure all local, state and federal food and alcohol safety laws are adhered toOther duties as assignedApplicants Should:Have a hard working and professional attitudeHave experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least one year experience in a leadership roleHave a keen attention to detailBe responsible, honest, and trustworthyDisplay a spirit of cooperation, team work, and be able to multi-taskQualifications:Restaurant and banquet experience strongly desiredStrong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelServ Safe & TIPS certification strongly desiredBenefits:
