Location: White Plains, NY, 10601- Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site, depending on assignment.
Duration : 12+ months
Pay Range: $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr. on (W2)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7.5-hour workday, with 0.5-hour unpaid lunch, paid for time worked only , (37.5 hours/ week)
Notes: The client does not provide laptops. Instead, they will provide desktops and dedicated workstations. Candidates will use their own equipment when working remotely during the weekProject Overview
- The Project Manager - ERP Integrations will support the readiness of applications that have data needs from the core ERP/HCM/SSM solutions.
- The Project Manager - ERP Integrations will manage the complete conversion life cycle from initiation, project planning, estimating, managing, executing, implementing, and providing ongoing support through driving a culture of engagement.
- Responsible for the end-to-end project management
- Manage day-to-day oversight of the Project in collaboration with Application Owners, Program Managers and SMEs across cross functional business units.
- Establish and track milestones, and delivery dates for the Project and underlying process enhancements
- Coordinate work of cross-departmental teams to ensure objectives are achieved and timelines are met.
- Follow up with various stakeholders to ensure that the Project plan is executed as expected.
- Serve as a central point of contact to routinely relay, facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of the workstream status and respond to questions or inquiries.
- Project management experience in cross-functional systems implementations of Workday, SAP S/4 HANA, or equivalent ERP solutions
- Demonstrated skills in working effectively across business lines and partnering to meet common objectives
- Able to manage a detailed project plan and, at the same time, capable of handling complex conversations with leaders of the organization
- Action Oriented, but detailed and organized Business minded, business acumen, knows how the business works and is aware of external best practices
- Large-scale, global program management experience, including full life-cycle system deployments
- Interpersonal Savvy: good relationships up and down the organization, can drive change and tactfully resolve situations of conflict
- Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences (ability to simplify)
- Minimum 5 years of professional level experience in SAP BTP and/or Workday integration and testing activities
- Multiple (over 3) SAP implementation full life-cycle experience
- Project Management and Team Leadership experience
- Scrum Master and or Certified Project Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years project management, project implementation, team lead or similar experience
- Utility or Energy industry experience preferred
