This is a hands-on role that involves setting up and operating bagging machines, inspecting packaging, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Machine Setup & Operation: Start, operate, and troubleshoot bagging equipment to ensure smooth productionProduct Inspection: Check bag weights, verify correct labels, and ensure proper seal and appearanceQuality Control: Maintain high standards by identifying and reporting product or packaging defectsInventory Support: Label and organize packaged goods to assist with inventory tracking and storageHousekeeping: Keep work areas clean and follow sanitation procedures as neededSafety & Teamwork: Follow safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
