Our opportunity is in our Milwaukee Headquarters office beginning in the summer of 2026. Successful students will spend 4 Co-op sessions in our Infrastructure Group learning civil engineering duties related to sewer, water, environmental, site development, municipal engineering, as well as surveying, construction inspection and a variety of street, highway, traffic and bridge design.We are considering students who meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Current sophomore standing while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction or Environmental Engineering.
  • If you have taken a Surveying course, that would be considered a plus.
  • Prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and eager to learn new things.
  • Enjoy a balance of independent tasks and working with a project team.
