- Coordinates the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data relative to specified quality improvement programs within the hospital.
- Maintains documents and records according to state and federal health care standards.

- Coaches others on performance and suggests ideas for development.
- Uses knowledge to challenge current assumptions/practice.

- Participates as a subject matter expert.
- Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
- 3 to 5 years related experience in acute care clinical experience
- Knowledge or experience with JCAHO & other regulatory agencies, process improvement, and PI tools including computer programs such as Word & Excel
