We strive to make Stratas Foods a great place to work and are building a team capable of meeting our business goals.Job DescriptionSchedule: Sunday-Thursday (10pm-6:30am) with some weekend work and OT.This is an entry level position on the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized fork lift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentRelated Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentEquipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entryCompetencies: * Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams

  • Maintain acceptable attendance
  • Must be willing and able to learn various positions
  • Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.
