As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, you will provide crucial support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and strategic execution. You will be a trusted partner in managing executive functions, anticipating needs, and fostering a positive, adaptable work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and President, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.Liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintaining professionalism and discretion.Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.Help organize company and community events.Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of trust in all interactions.Qualifications2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.Proactive, self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.Ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities.Looking for Someone Who Is:Optimistic, solution-oriented, and committed to positive outcomes.Kind and thoughtful in all interactions.Flexible, comfortable with change, and ready to support company growth.Independent and proactive but also a collaborative team player.Engaged with community-focused initiatives and eager to participate in company-sponsored events.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.A supportive, growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities to work closely with dynamic leadership and make a real impact.Volunteer opportunities and ways to give back to the community.
