Environmental Services - Maintenance Assistant

- Assist in checking mechanical equipment and perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Assist with maintaining required records, documentation, and reports as necessary
- Provide transportation services as needed
- Responsible for storing deliveries, cleaning designated areas, and various other tasks as needed
- Some knowledge and skills in maintenance, monitoring equipment, security devices, etc.
- Basic maintenance, electricity, heating, plumbing, and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, lawn equipment, and/or small hand tools strongly preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Starting wage is between $17.50 and $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
- We'll review your wages at 6 months- we pay more for high performance!
