- Lead outside sales team - Inspire sales team members and motivate them to maximize their potential by instilling a sense of purpose and unity
- Set priorities, coach and develop team to build best-in-class growth culture
- Drive results through coaching of commercial and prospecting best practices to result in double digit YOY growth via new business.
- Own reporting of results, forecasting, market trends, and countermeasures
- Set and execute strategies for continued growth, customer intimacy, and expansion into new markets
- Coach and support hunting, prospecting, and closing activities in all verticals
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering leadership
- Identify areas for process improvement, work cross functionally to implement
- Own key breakthrough growth accounts in EV/Enclosure
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts when required.
- Prospect and hunt new business opportunities
- Act as SME in Enclosure market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or relevant experience preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of minimum of proven sales experience, B2B industrial sales. Fan/Filter/Enclosure experience a plus.
- Experienced in commercial leadership
- Skilled in value selling and leveraging value props/competitive differentiation
- Experience with CRM – Salesforce.com a plus (Opportunities, Leads, Contacts, Account Engagement)
- Experience with new business development tools such as ZoomInfo, working closely with Marketing for outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Proven experience with hunting and prospecting new business
- Strong cross functional teamwork experience
- Strong communication and writing skills required.
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue through new business growth with new and existing customer base
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
