The Manager, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Business Partner (IEB Business Partner) is responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to senior leaders of business functions at DraftKings. They collaborate with business leaders to define, develop, and drive the IEB strategy and action plans.You will design holistic approaches to implement IEB initiatives that support the cultural and business objectives of the functions. Reporting to the Vice President, IEB, you will be part of a larger team that serves as a centralized resource for the entire organization, including other IEB Business Partners, IEB Program Managers and Business Resource Groups (BRG) leaders.What you’ll do as a Manager, IEB Business PartnerLead the design and execution of IEB Action plans for Customer and Operations functions by aligning with the business to implement IEB initiatives that align with business objectives and goals.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to align on a unified talent strategy that positively impacts DraftKings diversity, equity & inclusion efforts.Provide support to managers of Customer and Operations functions on matters related to diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging.Develop direct reports, that support other functional areas across DraftKings, to grow their skill set in IEB related concepts program management.Act as an advisor and partner with Employee Relations to address and resolve employee concerns regarding IEB.Coordinate and assist in the planning of Function-level events and trainings that promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, while ensuring relevance to the day-to-day work of function employees.Analyze and assess Customer and Operations workforce data and develop reports that monitor progress towards IEB goals.Drive greater collaboration across the IEB Team and DraftKings BRG’s.Design standardized toolkits, resources and best practices for the team.What you’ll bringA minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diversity and Inclusion generalist, specialist, and/or business partner is required.A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, consulting, and leadership skills are required.Strong data analysis skills to inform, design and measure impact of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives is required.Ability to effectively collaborate and influence teams in a matrix organization is required.Experience working with, leading or supporting Diversity-based communities, including but not limited to industry associations, charity organizations, and employee/business resource groups is required.Working with and/or supporting a customer service and/or retail organization is a plus.#LI-TA1Join Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
