- Document Processing and Classification: Receive, process, and accurately classify various types of incoming documents, ensuring timely and correct transmission to member accounts in accordance with departmental standards.
- Mail Handling and Imaging: Sort and organize incoming mail, scan and image documents, and maintain accurate digital records for efficient access and archival purposes.
- Filing and Archiving: File and archive documents by specific types to maintain an organized record system that supports retrieval and auditing processes.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all duties, ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion and respect during daily operations and staff interactions.
- Departmental Support and Special Projects: Assist with special projects and provide general support within the Centralized Processing Unit (CPU) and Centralized Scanning Unit (CSU), performing other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
