Primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers within territoryIdentify, prioritize, and contact new account leadsCollaborate closely with assigned field sales rep or key account managerManage customer communications in coordination with field team strategy (e.g., following up on appointment action items, managing relationship with customers, developing leads at new accounts within portfolio)Build relationships with the customer throughout the sales processSchedule meetings for field sales reps in regionSolve Sonova customers' largest challenges with 'concierge-like' approachFollows up with existing customers to ensure high quality customer service is being metComply with all local, state and federal laws and requirementComply with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system on a daily basisOther duties as assignedMore about you:Prior experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer ServiceProven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independentlyDetail orientatedStrong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized mannerAbility to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of sales process and collaborationStrong desire to provide superior customer serviceA minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at SonovaDon't meet all the criteria?
