Maintenance Supervisor

- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address employee relations issues.
- Schedule technician shifts and assign daily work orders to ensure appropriate coverage for all production needs.
- Prioritize and schedule work orders based on urgency and impact on production.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all critical equipment, including steam cooking kettles, control panels, VFDs, pneumatics, and conveyors.
- Coordinate with the Production team to schedule maintenance around production cycles.
- Lead safety meetings and conduct regular audits of the maintenance area.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs) and sanitation standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and optimizing stock levels.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians during troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager and other departments on capital projects and equipment upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role is required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position is required.
- Proven experience with the equipment listed in the job summary (steam systems, VFDs, pneumatics, etc.).
- Previous experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is a significant plus.
This is a full-time position that may require working different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 production operations. The role involves working in a food manufacturing facility, where adherence to strict safety and sanitation protocols is mandatory.
