Technical Developer

• Provide support and maintenance for all Legal Operations applications.
• Develop new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions.
• Provide technical support to our user base.
• Create and maintain integration between Legal applications and other Client systems.
• Conduct testing and reviewing to validate solutions for functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain good documentation for all support processes and throughout the development and implementation phases.

• 5+ years of experience with application development preferred.
• Ability to program in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to build solutions with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintenance.
• Strong technical writing capabilities, including the ability to produce documentation on changes which clearly explain design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving mindset, including delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience with Onit or other workflow platform preferred.
• VBA or Liquid experience a plus.

• 5+ years of experience with application development preferred.
• Suppliers please note the manager's comment when the PMO asked about education:
• "We deliberately didn't specify the degree because we think that would limit the candidate pool. We are more interested in the appropriate technical skills and the candidate's passion in this area.
• That said, if I were to put an education, it would have said bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
