Competitive pay based on experience and shift—let’s talk about where you’d fit in.What You’ll Be Doing:Operate CNC-controlled Brake Presses with precision and careRead blueprints and follow part specificationsSet up tooling, adjust machine settings, and run production or prototype partsPerform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision toolsKeep your workspace clean and organized for safe, efficient workContribute to a team committed to quality and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:For 3rd Shift: 3–5 years of Brake Press experience is requiredFor 1st Shift: We’re open to training the right person—mechanical aptitude or related experience is a big plusHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 80 lbsStrong attention to detail and a desire to learn and growReady to Get Started?
