- Conducting assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on identified problems and goals
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and evaluating patient response to interventions
- Providing education to patients and their families to promote patient empowerment and self-care
- Performing limited laboratory services, such as specimen collection and processing, as required
- Ensuring documentation of all patient care activities according to standards and organizational policies
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which you are applying
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Certification from AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
