?? Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMWe are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our nutraceutical manufacturing team in Payson, UT. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and maintaining the highest product quality.Responsibilities:Sample and inspect raw materials, in-process batches, finished products, and packaging materialsCollect and maintain reserve samplesPerform daily production line inspections for GMP complianceAudit equipment cleanliness and operator attireDocument line clearances, lot tracking, and batch recordsIdentify and document non-conforming materialsPerform in-process quality checks and notify management of deviationsVerify scales and ensure SOPs are followedRequirements:Previous experience required in a GMP-regulated environment (food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry)High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBasic math and computer skillsStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Why Join Us?Consistent 4-day work week (3-day weekends!)Competitive hourly payHands-on role in a growing nutraceutical company
