- Provide hands-on support to business partners through calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across devices and applications.
- Collaborate with partners to identify needs, document requirements, and design solutions.
- Learn and contribute to the usability, security, and performance of supported systems.
- Independently research and apply solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite
- Laptops, desktops, iPads, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Device management tools (Microsoft Azure, Intune)
- Virtual desktops and Principal proprietary applications
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
- Internship or professional experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and occasional overnight travel
