
Sr. Manager, Distribution Planning & Analytics

- Develop a high performing, customer centric team. Select, train, coach, motivate, conduct performance evaluations and identify associate development/growth opportunities.
- Enhance and refine team core functions and processes to drive year over year improvement in accuracy and impact.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive strategic and data-backed decisions that support the delivery of the P&L.
- Align planners on the most accurate and timely information across the enterprise to ensure accurate and consistent operational forecasts.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to set yearly and monthly financial targets aligned with strategic initiatives, macroeconomic trends, and enterprise direction.
- Support the Supply Chain Data and Reporting Analyst in providing streamlined, actionable insights through enhanced visual and reporting efforts, and liaison with EIM and IT to support the delivery of technical data projects.
- Lead the identification of risks and opportunities and communicate in a timely manner to the business, recommending strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Lead plan review discussions to ensure that the company’s financial objectives are being met.
- Support the team in the creation or discovery of dynamic sustainable tools and processes that level up predictive analytics and insight delivery.
- Deliver Supply Chain performance visibility and provide recommendations to leaders on delivering customer promise and achieving financial goals.
- Actively create and lead special projects that drive cost saving opportunities across the Supply Chain.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a Supply Chain, Finance, or Analytics focus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics or related field.
- Demonstrated ability in utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills (i.e. critical and evaluative thinking) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal required.
- Ability to influence decisions by creating a strong case for action, leveraging data and actionable insights.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and Power Point is required.
- Proficient skills in MicroStraetgy or equivalent data system is required.
- Proficient skills in Tableau or Alteryx is preferred.
