- Special projects – Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings for new efficiencies
- Service - scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response

We strive to be both.RequirementsAccount Manager: This is where you come in.We’re looking for an Account Manager to meet with identified customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. You will act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients’ needs while providing education on the services we offer. - Consult with customers to develop goals and success criteria and a strategy to convey value that leads to sales renewals and upselling opportunities
- Communicate and identify all the services MacDonald-Miller has to offer at an established building to facility manages, property managers, building owner and business owners
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a building or account
- Ensure CRM is updated and that you provide timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate
- Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems to explain services to existing clients
- College degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience – Past Mechanical experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- Passionate with a can-do attitude
- Self-Motivated with tons of initiative
