Work: Full Time, 10-12 hours a day- 5 days a week, during Harvest expanded days/hours may be required. Flexibility in working hours is required, as the shifts may vary, starting as early as 2am and ending between 10am-12pm

Summary Description of CDL DriverCDL drivers are responsible for operating tractor-trailer equipment and maintain properly to transport material to designated location in a timely manner.Essential Job Functions of CDL Driver
Must have valid CDL Class A
Safely operate Class A truck to transport material to job site often times driving on uneven or unfinished surface
Must be able to climb up to 10 feet on ladders attached to truck or fertilizer tank
Daily maintenance of equipment such as cleaning truck inside and out
Recognize surroundings and practice traffic awareness to maintain a safe environment on the road and in the yard
Tarp load when needed, verify gates are closed
Clean spilled material/buildup off box
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written).
Ability to read maps and navigate to new locations
Ability to work with minimum supervision and recognize matters needing attention and initiate action on that recognition.
Provide Delivery service as required by established delivery standards
Interact with customers and managers.
Observing speed limits and obeying D.O.T. regulations
Keeping driving records
