Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets
Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory
Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH homecare products, therapy approaches, and their benefits
Educate customers and provide post-sales education and support
Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce
Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH homecare products
Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model or 2+ years clinical experience
Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory
