Manufacturing/Product/Process Engineer

• Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist in the development of new products.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
• Facilitate a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
• Test products and software.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Experience in the Semiconductor Industry is required.
• Experience with laser, electronics testing, optics, glass machining, glass polishing, precision assembly methods, and mirrors is essential.
• Experience with laser cutting is required.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Controls (SPC).
