- Order Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders into the order management system, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
- Verification: Cross-check order details against customer requests and resolve any discrepancies with the sales or customer service teams.
- Customer Support: Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, or required information.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all order transactions and updates.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Issue Resolution: Address and troubleshoot order-related issues, such as errors, delays, or cancellations, in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Accuracy: Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to streamline the order entry process and improve system efficiency.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and smoothly to inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Invoicing: initiate the Invoice approval process and send invoices to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as delays, product substitutions, or returns.
- Data Management: Regularly update and maintain order management systems and assist with inventory.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). SAP experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Associate's degree
- Experience in supply chain or manufacturing
