Specific QualificationsQualificationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED required.Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent field experience.At least 2 years of experience in the electrical construction or service field preferred.Valid Journeyman Electrician License (if applicable by state or locality).Skills:Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders.Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a crew.Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, or in confined spaces.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Schedule & TravelTypical hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on project deadlines.Travel to various job sites within a designated region may be required.License RequiredYes
