- Be a key member of the Innovate Team to develop and support critical business solutions & projects, including the Vegetation & Asset Management Solution.
- Collaborate with development, reporting and business intelligence platforms
- Provide support to understand and determine high-level business requirements and then develop dashboards to identify trends and value creation opportunities.
- Support efforts to improve data integrity and quality.
- Identify and develop processes that improve efficiency and derive value for the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Understanding of technology platforms including FME, SQL & Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with software development life cycle
- Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed; breaking information into components, patterns and relationships, probing for further information or greater understanding of a problem.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong aptitude for process improvement and change management.
- Knowledge of or experience working with utility and or government clients (desirable).
