ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
- Responsible for discovery and analysis of software solutions by gathering high-level requirements, detailing solutions, identifying necessary systems, mapping solutions to business benefits, and supporting project execution.
- Participate in solution design and documentation by refining user stories, adding acceptance criteria, aligning with stakeholders, and coordinating with development team.
- Manage requirement review and change requests through sprint planning, stakeholder feedback integration, sprint demos, and final solution validation. Coordinate with stakeholders by scheduling project review meetings, organizing workshops, and preparing reports.
- Handle release management by planning and coordinating releases, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and DevOps policies, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Telecommuting and remote work permitted from anywhere within the U.S., with possible travel and relocation to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.; domestic travel required approximately 2% of the time to various client sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Solutions Rep V or equivalent.
- Prior experience must include 3 years of experience with Agile Methodologies/SCRUM, Project Lifecycle, SOW Drafting, Change Management, User Stories, Backlog Refinement, Risk Management, Feature Refinement, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, MS Office Suite, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Google Analytics, MS Excel (Advanced), Cross Functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement, Vendor Management, Requirements Gathering, Project Management (CPD-UK), Disciplined Agile and Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
- Domestic travel required approximately 2% of time to various client sites.
