- Assist in the planning, design, and production of bridge and civil engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
- Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and preparation of design documents, cost estimates, and specifications.
- Participate in field observations and construction support activities, including shop drawing reviews, progress documentation, and quality control tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate design alternatives, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- EXPERIENCE: 0–2 years of professional experience in structural or civil engineering (internship or co-op experience preferred).
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred). Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform engineering calculations and support preparation of technical reports.
- PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
