- Assists with study participant care by executing and administering treatments and procedures directed by supervisor.
- Recruits, enrolls, and retains eligible research participants, ensuring required documentation is collected and processed. Provides basic study background and education to participants.
- Plans, schedules, and implements daily research activities and procedures, ensuring adequate care and respect for participants.
- Inputs data and maintains records needed for research. Distributes research information to faculty, research staff, investigators, and others as requested.
- Ensures all research activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocols, clinical procedures, and safety standards.
- Interacts with all members of the research team to assure quality data collection and reporting in accordance with study protocols and research standards.
