Option 2:Education: Thirty (30) semester units of coursework directly related to engineering, construction, and/or project management;ANDExperience: Four (4) years of professional experience with responsibility for managing medium-large capital improvement projects, and which involved design, procurement and construction of infrastructure facilities/buildings/equipment.
Option 3:Certification: EIT CertificationANDEducation: Bachelor's in Civil EngineeringANDExperience: One (1) year of professional experience with responsibility for managing medium-large capital improvement projects, and which involved design, procurement and construction of infrastructure facilities/buildings/equipment.Desired QualificationsPossession of a Construction Management or Engineering degree, along with a strong understanding of the diverse environments and conditions unique to the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with fire districts that manage fire stations, facilities, and related services.
