As a Senior Tech Services Specialist, your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between support and operations teams, ultimately delivering high-quality support services in the cloud environment. You will collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in cloud environments with automation tools. You will share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community.Essential Functions
  • Provides support for end-user computing issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
  • Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Supports the resolution of production issues promptly, engaging IT and vendors as needed. Provides workday and after-hours support as needed.
  • Identifies and develops solutions that enhance quality, delivery speed, and efficiency, prioritizing automation technologies to improve customer and employee experiences. Implements platform integrations and automations between various cloud platforms.
  • Develops automation using a variety of programming languages and tools, including Bash, PowerShell, and Python, with minimal assistance from others.
  • Develops process automation using the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) via CI/CD pipelines and related tools to streamline software delivery.
  • Collaborates closely with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to contribute to the delivery of cloud-based solutions that meet high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a similar field preferred
Work Experience
  • 4 years of experience in technical support required
  • 2 years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform administration required
  • COMPTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional preferred
  • Strong technical skills in end-user computing and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing ticket fulfillment and resolution processes.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools, including Powershell and Bash.
  • Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and MobileOS support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in IAM principles and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft 365.
  • Intermediate understanding of AWS services and their applications.
About CoBankThe typical base pay range for this role is between $75,000 - $85,840. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
