- Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests, while staying alert to their needs.
- Coordinates customer specifications with other departments and responds to customer issues to ensure a quality experience.
- Maintains and updates monthly and yearly goals, as assigned by the Director.
- Researches and prospects for new and repeat business.
- Attends all Trade Shows, and Sales Meetings.
- Attends industry related outside meetings and functions.
- Travel 25%.
- Must be able to aggressively solicit new business through outside sale calls.
- Must be able to effectively set forth plans and actions and be held accountable and achieve set goals.
- Maintain a close relationship with clients to insure their functions were satisfactory. Follow up on all past meetings and functions to insure guest satisfaction.
- Travel 25%.
- Participates in the development of new projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiates contracts ensuring that all pertinent aspects of solicitation is complete and documented.
- A minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience.
