
Executive Assistant, AWS WWPS SLG/EDU

- Support primarily the WWPS West Region Sales Director as well as other WWPS directors and their leadership teams (as needed)
- Aid in the execution and management of team activities and internal/external meetings and events
- Help with annual operational planning processes following established procedures
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for multiple directors
- Collect and process expenses
- Coordinate travel logistics following established protocols
- Serve as a liaison between customers, senior leadership, and business stakeholders
- Manage time-sensitive and confidential information following set guidelines
- Track deliverables and follow up on action items
- Collaborate with the SLG/EDU Direct EA and the Lead EA of WWPS
- Maintain communication and tracking systems
- Limited travel may be required as determined by director, with advance notification

- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
