- A social native with 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in tech, entertainment, betting, gaming, or sports.
- You've successfully grown social channels and built engaged communities through platform-first, content-led approaches.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, and Facebook - with a nuanced understanding of what performs where and why.
- Strong collaborator with experience briefing creative teams and working with influencers and creators to produce scroll-stopping content.
- Copy-savvy and visually intuitive - you understand how to translate a brand's identity into compelling text, imagery, and motion across social.
- Comfortable working in social management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout, Later) and performance tracking tools.
- Bonus points if you've worked in the betting, casino, or real money gaming space, with awareness of legal guidelines, platform policies, and industry best practices.
- Willingness to travel for activations, content shoots, and team events.
