- 8-10+ years experience in Commercial HVAC Construction - PM, Estimator, Manager, etc.
- Experience in a variety of project types including Commercial, ground-up projects.
- Estimating experience a plus- preparing cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
- Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing field.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, installers, safety teams, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised.
- Experience with entire project lifecycle.
