- Responsible for order entry process. Creating work orders, handling incoming purchase orders, creating/updating required paperwork, and sending acknowledgements.
- Looking up roll order history.
- Scanning of filled order folders.
- Preparation of order files and maintaining correspondence / quotes for the orders.
- Variety of miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience.
- Languages: English
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have strong attention to details
- Good organizational skills
