  • Responsible for order entry process. Creating work orders, handling incoming purchase orders, creating/updating required paperwork, and sending acknowledgements.
  • Looking up roll order history.
  • Scanning of filled order folders.
  • Preparation of order files and maintaining correspondence / quotes for the orders.
  • Variety of miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience.
  • Languages: English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must have strong attention to details
  • Good organizational skills
