CNC Machine Operators

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years machining experience ideal, willing to train the right candidate
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use/set up measuring devices/gages
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn
• Availability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

• Temp to Hire position
• Full time schedules
• 1st shift Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm (40 hours)
• 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3pm-12:30am (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
• 3rd shift Monday – Thursday 11pm-7am (work 32 hours, paid for 40)
• $15-$20/hour depending on skills and experience
• $22+/hour with set up skills/experience
• Once hired on, Medical/Dental insurance
• Once hired on, 401k with company match
• Once hired on, Holidays and paid time off

• Mill and turning machine operation
• Measure and inspect parts
• Select and mount appropriate tooling
• Deburr parts
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Lathe work as needed
• Maintain neat and clean work environment
