  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our food manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Job Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and manage the plant budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or related field preferred
  • 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving cost savings.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
