Sales Manager - Recreational Construction
Location: Panhandle, Pensacola, Mobile, AL
Salary: $75k-$100k Base + Commission + Bonus ($200k OTE)

The Sales Manager will drive high-impact results by leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of outside sales professionals to exceed revenue targets, optimize conversion rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a solution-oriented leader who actively analyzes market trends, innovates processes, and implements data-driven strategies to boost sales performance and elevate team effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members with a focus on nurturing a growth mindset and encouraging creative problem-solving.
  • Continuously assess and optimize team performance, identifying improvement opportunities and providing tailored coaching and feedback.
  • Set clear, outcome-focused sales goals and monitor individual and team progress with a lens on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Cultivate a supportive and motivating work environment that inspires curiosity and drives excellence.
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Continuously seek innovative solutions to market challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives, driving continuous enhancements and improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Problem-Solving:
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer acquisition, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to monitor the sales pipeline, addressing performance gaps with timely, innovative solutions.
  • Lead regular team meetings to address challenges, share best practices, and generate creative problem-solving ideas.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Innovation:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, realtors, and builders, seeking continuous feedback to refine service offerings.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues, using a problem-solving mindset to drive high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify and implement process improvements and innovative sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements, bringing a curious, analytical mindset to market exploration.
  • Adjust sales tactics and strategies based on data and insights, ensuring ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
  • Reporting, Documentation, & Continuous Improvement:
  • Prepare and present sales reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions, seeking opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Customer-centric approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Developed and executed self-generated leads and sales strategies (Builder, Realtor, Community Involvement)
