- Driving the property software system by inputting new applications, posting rents and managing work orders.
- Coordinating various projects, organize meetings.
- Leasing activities of various low-income and affordable housing properties, including preparing tenant documents, scheduling tenant interviews and move-in and move-outs.
- Writing, tracking and processing grant applications and appropriate reporting.
- Associates Degree with relevant experience required, and a minimum of two years of administrative support experience.
- Confidentiality - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and possess a high level of interpersonal skills, both verbal and written to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Technical Capacity - Must possess excellent computer skills, particularly with all Microsoft Office applications
- Project Research - ability to source and navigate the internet to research a wide range of topics.
- Thorough. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under deadlines.
- Empathetic. Demonstrated ability to understand and connect with emotions, perspectives, and the needs of others, especially those experiencing mental illness.
